Terms and conditions: 

• Raffle tickets are transferable but not redeemable for cash.

• All Raffle tickets are non-refundable.

•  All participants agree that should they be the winner of the competition that their details/pictures/videos of the hunt can be used on social media and other marketing platforms for promotional and marketing purposes without further compensation unless where prohibited by law.

• The draw will be broadcasted live on facebook and the winner will be contacted within 3 days of the draw. The name of the winner will be posted on our facebook and instagram page. If the selected winner can not be contected within 72 hours after the innitial call/email and after 3 failed attemts to do so then we reserve the right to re-draw another winner.

• Participants indemnify ManLind Safaris against any claims of any nature arising from, in connection with or as a result of their participation, in any way whatsoever, in this Competition. The prize winner will be required to sign an Indemnity Form to this effect. 

• Participants agree to accept and abide by the rules of this competition.
